Beads are seductive…
Ancient and universal expressions of beauty, spirituality and mystery. Years ago a friend taught me the peyote stitch and gave me the key to a whole new world. When beads talk to me their color and form take my beadweaving to endlessly creative places. There are dozens of weaving stitches with thousands of combinations. They handsomely embellish other media such as natural stone, antique buttons, fabric and PMC silver. Almost all of my pieces are done one bead at a time with a beading needle and thread. And yes, lots of passion, patience and time.
